Return & Exchange Policy

CLAIMS

All claims on short delivered items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Adequate proof must be provided for the claim to be investigated. Claims made after 7 days will not be entertained as a 3rd party delivery service is used for transportation of orders.

A signed waybill is proof of delivery and is acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sale.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery, if the 7 days has passed since delivery unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition and packaging.

Please DO NOT accept any parcels from the courier services should the parcel be damaged, opened or disfigured.

All orders delivered via courier must be inspected before use.

Items that require assembly must be inspected before assembly, if assembled and a claim for a return is made you will be subject to pay a handling fee of up to 40%.

Items that may not be returned:

  1. All custom made items
  2. All sanitary items
  3. Items delivered disassembled

Returns will only be allowed should the item be received damaged or have a fault.

A proof of purchase is required for all return claims.

Returns of sale items will not be permitted, only regular items may be applicable for an exchange.

REFUNDS

There are strictly no refunds.

All orders placed on the website is one’s own responsibility.

SHIPPING

Shipping of returned items are the responsibility of the client and therefore payable by the client as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
