SHOPPING POLICY

All orders placed will have a lead time of 3-7 working days before being shipped.
All orders will only be processed once fully paid.
Custom orders will have a lead time of 10-14 working days.
SHIPPING
We use the best courier companies for deliveries nationwide, a delivery fee will be added on to the cart should delivery be required. Alternatively store collections are made available.
The courier fees are to be paid by the client and pricing defers from package size to distance needed to be covered in order to make delivery.
Store collections will have to be made with prior notice as to when collection is intended.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR)
PRICING
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT (Value added tax) and handling. All of our publications carry a nominal charge only, all shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees (if applicable).
Home Plus Distribution reserves the unrestricted right to refuse and/or cancel any order that it deems to be not in the best interest of the customer or company.
All purchases are made by the client at their own risk, Home Plus Distribution will not be held responsible for any erroneous orders.
